While the character of the Bas-Saint-Laurent region is shaped by the rhythm of the river, the Echoing the landscape/the forest project proposes to turn its back on it, focusing instead on a very distinct aspect of the regional identity: the forest.

UNORGANIZED TERRITORY

Guided by poetry and raw emotion, a series of micro-installations came to life directly from the land, blending into it to achieve a deeper sense of belonging.

THE LAND’S IMPRINT/COLLAGE SERIES

Just as an ecosystem or certain animal species adapt to a new environment by profoundly altering their structure, these collages—crafted from industrial materials (acrylic paper, Duck Tape, frosted mirror paper)—reveal what could be perceived as a landscape.

THREE WORDS TO PORTRAY ME

… For the project to come to life, I must connect with the person I wish to photograph. They need to feel completely at ease. It is my responsibility to create a portrait that honors and reflects that trust.
